The RYOBI 520 Series has been recognized around the world for its solid performance in nearly every aspect of printing, from print quality and productivity to reliability and ease of operation.

Now, building on the outstanding features of the 520 Series, RYOBI is proud to introduce a new addition to this highly rated series of multi-colour offset presses - the RYOBI 524HX, 525HX, and 526HX. These new models offer a wide range of variations - from four-colour to six-colour printing - and are designed with RYOBI’s advanced technologies.

All models feature "RYOBI AAC" Aqua Automatic Control and the "RYOBI PCS" Printing Control Systems that reduces the labour required for colour adjustment. In addition, the upgraded "RYOBI-matic" Continuous Dampening System as well as enhanced ability to handle printing on heavy-weight stocks deliver further improvements in printing quality and productivity. Furthermore, the RYOBI 525HX can be equipped with an in-line coating system capable of applying both water-based and UV coatings to increase the added-value of print jobs. The RYOBI 524HX, 525HX, and 526HX deliver full value and solid performance over the widest range of printing tasks, from postcards and pamphlets to posters and packaging.

RYOBI 520 SERIES 2/1-, 2-, and single-colour

Faster speed, better quality and easier operation are the hallmark of these RYOBI offset presses. These three models have met the growing demand for greater productivity and higher product quality head on. Packed with a variety of advanced functions, each satisfies a wide range of printing needs while boosting productivity.

The RYOBI 520HX/HX are single-colour offset presses. They offer excellent print quality and easy operation. For multi-colour demands, consider the RYOBI 522X/HX two-colour offset presses that feature the V-shaped 5-cylinder satellite system. The RYOBI 522PF/PFH, two over one colour offset presses completes the series. This unique design allows two colour front side and single colour back side printing, all in one pass, as well as straight two colour printing, or one over one perfecting work.

Printing speeds of 13,000 sheets per hour and the ability to handle paper ranging in thickness from 0.04mm to 0.5mm make these presses extremely flexible. An NP unit (available only for RYOBI 520X/HX, 522X/HX) adds in-line finishing operations including numbering and perforating (vertical and lateral).
